Directions for Use

Take one (1) stick pack each day. Pour entire contents into mouth. Swallow beadlets whole. DO NOT CHEW. Follow with water or other beverage if desired. Children under 12 years of age may take smaller amounts throughout the day.

Month 1—Take one (1) stick pack every day to replenish microbiome health.*
